    I find with sitting too long watching my movies on Netflix my neck & back Gets pretty achy. I need to constantly remind myself to get up stretch & Move around a little more often. These pointers are a good reminder for when we have to lift heavy objects. We just need to remember to follow them. The daily routine for a healthy spine should be noted & should be put Into our daily routine.
